The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. 1 zip-and-link, made up as a twin although on request can zipped together to make a king-size and 1 single room. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan, well-furnished and equipped, benefitting from underfloor heating, flatscreen TV/DVD and hi-fi. french doors lead out onto the rear shared garden. Kitchen has exposed stone work, oak units, dishwasher, electric cooker and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and many useful extras.

Leisure facilities: shared use of a hot tub.
